在完善社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,作为社会保障系统中的医院,如何主动适应市场经济的需要,提供优质足量的医疗服务,不断增强医院的生机活力呢?近年来,我院遵循价值原则,运用投入产出规律,狠抓成本核算,节流开源,提高运行功效,精心经营和有效管理,重点练好“内功”,使医院的医疗服务质量、技术水平日益提高,床位已增至600张(不含院外100张),固定资产由1985年的400万元达到了1994年的2 600万元,建筑面积近4万平方米,全身CT、彩超等大型设备先后投入使用,基本上满足了人民群众防病治病的需求,改善了医疗环境,使医院逐步进入了“大、高、低”(即大价值、高功效、低成本)的良性循环的发展轨道。
