目的:观察补肾疏肝和血法中药方联合克罗米芬微刺激方案治疗卵巢低反应性不孕症患者的疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组;对照组采用克罗米芬微刺激方案促排卵,治疗组在月经第4天开始服补肾疏肝和血中药方,经期停用,共治疗3个周期,之后进入微刺激方案促排卵。结果:治疗组服中药后b FSH、b E2下降,AMH、b PSV、AFC均上升(均P<0.05);进入微刺激方案促排卵后比较,治疗组Gn用量少,HCG注射日内膜厚度及宫颈黏液评分较对照组高,且排卵数量较对照组多,LUFS周期数少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床妊娠率为20.59%,较对照组12.12%高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾疏肝和血法中药方可改善卵巢低反应患者卵巢功能,提高其对克罗米芬微刺激方案反应性,两者联用可使有适应症的不孕症患者自然受精及妊娠,提高生殖安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of Bushen Shugan decoction and blood recipe in combination with clomiphene citrate treatment on patients with ovarian hyporesponsive infertility. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given ovulation stimulation with clomiphene citrate. The treatment group started to take Bushen Shugan and Xuezhong Prescription on the 4th day of menstruation. A cycle, then enter the micro-stimulation program ovulation. Results: The b FSH and b E2 decreased, AMH, b PSV and AFC increased (P <0.05) in the treatment group after administration of Chinese herbs. (P <0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate was 20.59% in the treatment group, which was 12.12% higher than that in the control group , But the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Shugan and Xuefang Chinese herbs can improve ovarian function in patients with low ovarian response and improve their response to micro-stimulation of clomiphene. The combination of the two can increase the natural fertilization and pregnancy of patients with infertility Reproductive security.
