美欧卡霉素(乙酰麦迪霉素)为新一代大环内酯抗生素,非诱导耐药型。对各种感染,尤以急性呼吸道感染有良好疗效。其不良反应有食欲不振、恶心、胃部不适等胃肠道反应,暂时性的血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶值上升,偶见皮疹、荨麻疹等过敏症状。现将我们遇到的美欧卡霉素致腹泻报道如下:例1,患儿,男,6mo。因咳嗽2d 就诊,无呕吐及腹泻。神志清楚,精神可,呼吸平稳,咽部充血,两肺呼吸音粗,未闻及啰音,心率108次/min,腹平软。拟诊上呼吸道感染,给予美欧卡霉素干糖浆半包,(每包0.5g,内含乙酰麦迪霉素0.1g)冲服,tid,非那更糖浆2ml,po,tid,次
