本文提出一种用水杨基萤光酮(SF)和溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)分光光度测定微量铝的高灵敏方法。在PH6.4~7.8的KH_zPO_4-Na_2HPO_4缓冲溶液中,铝(111)同SF及CTMAB形成一种稳定的红色配合物,Al(111):SF是1:2,配合物的最大吸收在545nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.51×10~5升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1).铝在0~10微克/50毫升范围内符合比尔定律。加入适量掩蔽剂,许多金属离子可允许一定量存在,只有G_e、G_a和V允许少量,F~-和C_2O_4~(2-)允许毫克量.方法已用于直接测定纯铜、氧化锌中微量铝,先用小体积沉淀分离铁后,测定工业纯铁中微量铝。测定0.014%铝时,相对标准偏差为3.4×10~(-4)。
This paper presents a highly sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace aluminum with salicylfluorone (SF) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). Aluminum (111) forms a stable red complex with SF and CTMAB in KH_zPO_4-Na_2HPO_4 buffer solution of PH6.4 ~ 7.8. The Al (111): SF is 1: 2, the maximum absorption of the complex is 545nm, The molar absorptivity was 1.51 × 10-5 mol · cm -1 and Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0-10 μg / 50 ml. Addition of appropriate amount of masking agent, many metal ions can allow a certain amount, only G_e, G_a and V allows a small amount of F ~ - and C_2O_4 ~ (2) allows the amount of milligrams. Method has been used to direct determination of copper, zinc oxide trace Aluminum, the first separation of iron with a small volume precipitation, the determination of trace aluminum in industrial pure iron. The relative standard deviation of determination of 0.014% aluminum was 3.4 × 10 ~ (-4).
