目的探讨影响手术室医院感染的相关因素及控制对策,预防医院感染的发生。方法对手术室医院感染相关感染因素进行分析,结合医院2008年8月洁净手术室的启用,从制度、人员、物品、环境运行多方面加强管理,预防、控制医院感染。结果通过加强人员培训,提高了手术相关人员控制医院感染的意识,制定有效的洁净手术室管理制度及措施,优化工作流程,强化环节管理,各项制度及措施得以顺利实施,保证了手术室消毒隔离质量,有效控制了手术相关感染。结论强化医务人员对控制医院感染重要性的认识,全员参与,实现手术室全过程各环节的感染管理,是控制手术相关感染的有效方法。
Objective To explore the related factors and control strategies that affect nosocomial infections in operating theaters and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The hospital infection related factors of nosocomial infection were analyzed. Combined with the opening of clean operating room in August 2008, the hospital was strengthened to prevent, control and control nosocomial infections in many aspects including system, personnel, articles and environment. Results By strengthening personnel training, the awareness of surgical staff in controlling nosocomial infections was improved, effective clean operating room management system and measures, work flow optimization and link management were strengthened, various systems and measures were successfully implemented, which ensured that operating room disinfection Isolation of quality, effective control of surgery-related infections. Conclusions It is an effective way to control the operation-related infection by strengthening medical personnel’s understanding of the importance of controlling hospital infection, full participation and infection management in all stages of operating room.
