本文报告了我科把自体胫骨骨膜游离移植片应用于腭裂修补术9例中的经验,术后无一例复裂,创口愈合良好,术后两周上颌咬片观察,可见骨质增生。文中对本手术的可行性,手术方法和术中注意事项等进行了讨论。
This article reports the experience of our department applying self-tibial periosteal free grafts to 9 cases of cleft palate repair. None of them were complicated by splitting after operation. The wounds healed well and the maxillary bite was observed two weeks after operation. The article discusses the feasibility of this operation, surgical methods and intraoperative considerations.
