嘉政发[2015]101号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府各部门、直属各单位:近年来,我市职业教育事业快速发展,培养培训了大批中高级技术技能人才,为经济社会发展和促进就业作出了重要贡献。但同时也要看到,现有的职业教育还不能完全满足经济社会发展和技术技能人才培养提升的需要,社会吸引力不强,结构不尽合理,质量有待提高。加快发展现代职业教育,对于深入实施创新驱动发展战略,加快转方式、调结构、促升级,实现我市“三城一市”和“两富”现代化发展目标具有十分重要的意义。经市政府研究,现就加快发展我市现代职业教育提出如下意见。
