本文提出一个新的参数——干扰重心频率ICF(Interference Centroid Frequency),用以测量和分析高频干扰。在每天同一时刻,干扰重心频率服从正态分布,它与F_2层临界频率f_0F_2有明显的相关性,因此可用干扰重心频率实时估算短波通信电路的最高可用频率,并由此得到电路的最佳实时通信频率。
In this paper, a new parameter, Interference Centroid Frequency (ICF), is proposed to measure and analyze high frequency interference. At the same time every day, the center of gravity of the interference obeys the normal distribution and has obvious correlation with the critical frequency f_0F_2 of the F_2 layer. Therefore, the maximum available frequency of the HF communication circuit can be estimated in real time by the interference center of gravity frequency, and the best real- Communication frequency.
