本文阐述了钢件在渗钒过程中渗层的形成机理。通过测试及理论计算,作者认为,钢件渗钒是硼砂盐液中钒原子溶解于钢中奥氏体及碳、钒原子自奥氏体中脱溶析出并形成碳化物(V_8C_7)的过程。采用循环加热硼砂盐液及不同的冶却方法,可使渗层增厚。
This article describes the formation of steel layer infiltration vanadium in the formation process. Through the test and theoretical calculation, the author believes that the infiltration of vanadium steel is the vanadium atom in the borax salt solution dissolved in steel austenite and carbon, vanadium atoms from the austenite precipitation and the formation of carbide (V_8C_7) process. Circulation heating borax salt solution and different metallurgical methods, can make layer thickening.
