目的:建立HPLC法测定新月蕨中Triphyllin A和Eruberin B的含量。方法:采用Kromasil 100-5 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温30℃;流动相:甲醇-水,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:225 nm。结果:Triphyllin A在0.23~4.60μg(r=0.999 95),Eruberin B在0.12~2.40μg(r=0.999 85)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.66%、101.05%,RSD分别为1.57%、1.41%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于测定新月蕨中Triphyllin A和Eruberin B的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Triphyllin A and Eruberin B in the fern. Methods: Kromasil 100-5 C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The mobile phase was eluted with methanol and water. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. Detection wavelength: 225 nm. Results: The linear range of Triphyllin A to peak area was 0.23 ~ 4.60μg (r = 0.999 95) and Eruberin B was 0.12 ~ 2.40μg (r = 0.999 85) .The average recoveries were 100.66% and 101.05% , RSD 1.57% and 1.41% respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used to determine the content of Triphyllin A and Eruberin B in the fern.
