制备了能在室温下发生相变的石蜡基复合相变材料。采用熔点为50~52℃的固体石蜡和熔点约为5℃的两种液体石蜡为原料,按照一定的比例复配,通过熔融共混、自然冷却制备而成。研究了原料配比对相变温度的影响,并研究了相变材料的稳定性。结果表明:通过改变固液石蜡的质量配比,可获得不同相变温度的石蜡基复合相变材料。当两种液体石蜡、固体石蜡的质量比为1:4:5时,相变温度约为26℃,且随着液体石蜡的加入,复配石蜡的相变温度逐渐降低,相变材料室温下的扩散稳定性逐渐降低。当石蜡基复合相变材料通过硅藻土或碳酸钙吸附并用高密度聚乙烯作载体包裹处理后,复合相变材料的质量损失率明显降低,室温稳定性好。
Paraffin-based composite phase change materials were prepared by phase transformation at room temperature. Solid paraffin with a melting point of 50-52 DEG C and two kinds of liquid paraffin with a melting point of about 5 DEG C are used as raw materials and are compounded in a certain proportion and prepared by melt blending and natural cooling. The influence of raw material ratio on phase transition temperature was studied, and the stability of phase change material was also studied. The results show that paraffin-base composite phase change materials with different phase transition temperature can be obtained by changing the mass ratio of solid-liquid paraffin. When the mass ratio of two kinds of liquid paraffin to paraffin wax is 1: 4: 5, the phase transition temperature is about 26 ℃. With the addition of liquid paraffin, the phase transition temperature of compound paraffin gradually decreases. The diffusion stability is gradually reduced. When paraffin-base composite phase change material is adsorbed by diatomaceous earth or calcium carbonate and packed with high-density polyethylene, the mass loss rate of the composite phase change material is obviously decreased, and the room temperature stability is good.
