对“仪器分析”课程中“原子发射光谱”实验的教学仪器进行了改造。针对平面光栅摄谱仪的干版照相法记录谱图的不足之处,引入CCD光谱接收系统,并开发了读谱软件、谱图转换软件、制作数据库,省去了繁琐的干版处理及读谱工作,实现了谱图的连续实时采集和快捷准确处理。该项改造提高了实验效率,改进了实验效果,并能拓展实验内容。
The instrumentation for the “Atomic Emission Spectrometry” experiment in “Instrumental Analysis” was modified. Aiming at the shortcomings of the dry plate photographic method recorded spectrum of the plane grating spectrograph, the CCD spectrum receiving system was introduced, and the software of reading spectrum, spectrum conversion software and database were produced, eliminating the cumbersome processing and reading Spectrum work, to achieve a continuous real-time spectrum acquisition and fast and accurate processing. The reform has improved the experimental efficiency, improved the experimental results, and can expand the experimental content.
