以80BaTiO_3+20SrTiO_3与80BaTiO_3+20SrTiO_2+1TiO_3(均为摩尔比)两种粉料为例,利用高温X射线衍射,研究了它们的反应速率和温度之间的关系。结合固相反应的两种理论模型,计算了完全反应的时间和激活能,并对添加过量钛所引起的作用进行了分析。
Taking the powders of 80BaTiO_3 + 20SrTiO_3 and 80BaTiO_3 + 20SrTiO_2 + 1TiO_3 (both molar ratios) as an example, the relationship between reaction rate and temperature was studied by using high temperature X-ray diffraction. Combined with two theoretical models of solid state reaction, the time and activation energy of the complete reaction were calculated and the effects caused by the addition of excess titanium were analyzed.
