俗话说“万丈高楼平地起”很简单的揭示了一个道理,无论什么事情,想做好、做大、做强,基础是非常关键的因素。教育也不例外,小学生的教育问题更应该摆在一个重要的位置。教育就是养成良好的习惯,小学生就是一张白纸,相对容易养成一种习惯,而班主任是对学生良好习惯,特别是良好的学习习惯培养,起到不可或缺的作用,养成良好学习习惯,也是搞好班风班貌的决定性因素。班主任应该有高度的责任心和使命感,狠抓、坚持不懈、注重个体差异,来培养学生的良好习惯,进而促进班风班貌的发展。
