针对CA488发动机配气机构特点,提出了分析装有液压调节器、顶置凸轮轴、预置气门配气机构动力学特性的一种新型多质量动力学模型,即“4+N”模型.通过模拟计算值与实测值的比较,证实了该模型的可靠性,同时用该模型分析了气门落座冲击力及其峰值与凸轮轴转速的关系.
Aiming at the characteristics of CA488 engine air distribution mechanism, a new multi-mass dynamic model, namely the “4 + N” model, which analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic regulator, overhead camshaft and pre-valve valve train is proposed. The reliability of this model is verified by comparing the calculated and measured values. The relationship between the impact force of the valve seat and its peak value and the rotational speed of the camshaft is also analyzed by the model.
