以栽培种长农35和通过纯系育种选自其同质群体的长生07品系(种)为材料,以101对引物对试样DNA进行筛选获取在两者间存在多态性的SSR.通过检测发现,共有5个SSR标记在长农35和长生07品系间存在多态性,且分属3个连锁群(Link group).结合试材形态学变异,遗传差异程度非自然变异可以解释.得以推定,长生07品系可能来源于长农35群体中个体与其它种群的异交组合,也可能来自同一亲本组合继代的不同谱系,或来自长农35剩余变异在定向选择压力下的遗传漂变,传统认为的长生07品系来自长农35自然变异的可能性是非常小的.“,”Cultivated species Changnong35 and Changsheng07 whose pure line breeding was selected from its homogeneous population were selected as experimental materials,and 101 pairs of primers were used to screen sample DNA to obtain polymorphic SSR existed between the two.The detection found that there were 5 polymorphic SSR markers existed between Changnong35 and Changsheng07,and they belonged to 3 link groups.Combined with the morphological variation of the tested materials,the degree of genetic variation could not be explained by natural variation.Therefore,we presumed that Changsheng07 might derived from cross combin-ations of Changnong35 individuals and other populations.It might also come from different lineages of the same parent combination,or from the genetic drift of residual variation under directional selection pressure of Changnong35.The tradition view that Changsheng07 grew from the natural variation of Changnong35 was of little possibility.
