推行医疗费用定额结算支付方式的运作探讨

盐城市是全国职工医疗保障制度改革扩大试点城市之一。在医改工作中,我们按照国务院办公厅转发的国家体改委、财政部、劳动部、卫生部《关于职工医疗保障制度改革扩大试点的意见》的精神,对推行医疗服务平均费用定额结算支付的方式,进行了初步探讨,并取得了显著成效。

Yancheng City is one of the pilot cities for the reform of the medical insurance system for employees throughout the country. In the medical reform work, we followed the guidelines of the “Opinions on Expanding the Pilot Program for the Employees’ Medical Insurance System Expansion” issued by the State Council’s General Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor, and the Ministry of Health, and paid for the average settlement of the average cost of medical services. The method was initially discussed and achieved remarkable results.
