我国在不同阶段区域发展有不同的核心问题。在刚建国到上世纪80年代,我国重点发展的区域是中西部内陆地区,体现区域发展中的公平问题;从80年代以后,区域发展的重点开始转向了东部沿海地区,东西部差距逐渐扩大,这一时期主要体现区域发展中的效率问题;从上世纪末开始,国家针对西部落后的情况及我国发展战略的需要,提出了“西部大开发”的战略,这一时期体现了注重公平的效率。
Our country has different core issues in regional development at different stages. During the period from the founding of New China to the 1980s, the key area for development in our country is the inland area in the central and western regions, which reflects the fairness in regional development.
