在我国基础教育的发展进程中,教研室对保证基础教育的质量发挥了不可替代的作用,但在新的历史条件下,基层教研室地位和教研员身份的认同受到前所未有的挑战。基层学校教研室是否有存在的必要,而为其保障的教研制度要进行怎样的改革,才能适应形势的发展,这在一定程度上取决于对基层教研组织和教研员的身份的认同与否。我们应当加强制度建设,适当转变教研室的职能和工作方式,让教研工作回归其本质,以期促进基础教育更好地发展。
In the course of the development of basic education in our country, the teaching and research room plays an irreplaceable role in guaranteeing the quality of basic education. However, under the new historical conditions, the identity of the basic teaching and research division and the identity of the researcher and researcher have been hitherto unknown challenges. Whether there is a necessity for the teaching and research section of grass-roots schools and how the education and research system under its protection can be adapted to the development of the situation depends to a certain extent on the identity of the grass-roots teaching and research organizations and the researchers. We should step up institutional development, appropriately change the functions and working methods of the teaching and research departments, and return the teaching and research work to its essence so as to promote the better development of basic education.
