一、最早的记事档案:东汉光和三年(公元180年)的「陶罐记事」.它是在一个灰色陶罐上用朱红色书写的记年记事文字,共两段,13行54字.此罐1986年4月在州辖广河县阿里玛土乡贾家村出土,现藏州博物馆.二、最早的题记档案:西秦建弘元年(公元420年)州辖永靖县炳灵寺169窟的墨书「造像题记」.三、最早的石刻档案:北魏延昌二年(公元513年)州辖永靖县炳灵寺126窟檐上的「曹子元造窟记」.四、最早的敕谕档案:明朝永乐十年(公元1214年)成祖皇帝颁给州辖康乐县蜂窝寺的教书.现藏于该寺.五、最早的诰封档案:清朝康熙十四年(公元1675年)康熙皇帝颁给州辖?藏土司后裔王拱计的诰命.现藏于州辖积石山县档案馆.
