1983年以来,小麦抗白粉病基因资源的抗性鉴定表明,包含二个或二个以上基因联合及多基因抗源的抗性一直表现强而稳定;而单基因抗源抗性容易丧失;包含Pm8抗病基因的抗源及其衍生种在近几年丧失抗性。我国小麦白粉病抗源单一化是导致小麦白粉病流行及日趋严重的主要原因。当前采用多基因、多源化新抗源是克服抗源单一的主要措施。进一步加强微效、多基因抗源的发掘和利用,把主效基因和微效基因结合起来,以维持抗性的持久和稳定。
