案例:初一年级学生王某和同校的多名同学打群架被学校通报批评。事后,校方要求参与打群架学生的家长分别与学校签订一份协议书,协议内容大致为:如果学生再次发生迟到、酗酒、打架斗殴等违反校规校纪的情况,就要按照所签协议自动退学。没过多久,王某因再次与同学打架,被学校依据“协议”要求退学。王某的母亲说,当初和学校签订这个协议,实在是无奈之举。“打群架事件”发生后,学校给犯错的学生家长两条路,要么签订协议书,要么让孩子转学。尽管极不情愿,为了让孩子能够继续接受教育,还是与学校签订了协议。
