水利工程在现今社会中的作用越来越大,不仅关系到人民的财产和生命安全,而且是地方经济发展的保证,大部分水利工程甚至成为旅游景点。因而在水利工程施工中应该管理好工程质量,做到内实外美。施工企业必须坚持“百年大计,质量第一”的方针,根据水利工程质量管理的特点,制定完善工程项目质量管理制度,建立有效的质量保证体系,确保工程质量,达到优良工程目标。
Water conservancy projects are playing a more and more important role in today’s society, not only related to the people’s property and life safety but also the guarantee of local economic development. Most water conservancy projects even become tourist attractions. Therefore, construction of water conservancy projects should manage the quality of the project, so that both inside and outside the United States. Construction enterprises must adhere to the guideline of “a hundred years plan, quality first”, formulate and perfect the project quality management system according to the characteristics of water project quality management, establish an effective quality assurance system, ensure the project quality and achieve the excellent project goal.
