创新创业教育是适应经济社会和国家发展战略需要而产生的一种新的教育理念,是培养创新创业人才的重要途径。目前,我国正处于全面建成小康社会的重要时期,工业化、城镇化的快速发展为同步推进农业现代化创造了有利条件,全国各地农村正在加速推进基本实现农业现代化的进程而大力发展现代农业,对能组织群众共同致富的农村后备干部队伍和农业及农村经营型、创业型的领军人才产生了巨大而迫切的需求。本文基于对南京农业大学的深度调研,以南京农业大学为例,提出涉农高校大学生创新创业发展的具体建设方案。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is to adapt to the economic and social and national development strategy needs arising from a new concept of education is an important way to train innovative entrepreneurship. At present, our country is in an important period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization has created favorable conditions for the simultaneous promotion of agricultural modernization. The rural areas across the country are accelerating the process of basically realizing agricultural modernization and vigorously developing modern agriculture. The huge and urgent needs of the rural reserve cadres who organize the masses to make their fortunes together and the leading peasants and rural-run entrepreneurs and pioneers have arisen. Based on the in-depth investigation of Nanjing Agricultural University and taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, this paper proposes a concrete construction plan for the innovation and entrepreneurship development of university students involved in agriculture.
