最近,省政府发出了有关社会保险制度改革的两个通知:一是,山东省人民政府贯彻国务院关于深化企业职工养老保险制度改革的通知,二是,山东省人民政府关于印发《山东省城镇企业职工医疗保险制度改革试点意见》的通知。两个通知的发出,标志着我省社会保险制度改革翻开了崭新的一页,这是省委、省政府的一项英明决策,为深化企业改革又消除了一个羁绊,打破了一个“瓶颈”。两个通知,是我省社会保险制度改革的重要指导性文件,是《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的
Recently, the provincial government issued two notices on the reform of the social insurance system. First, the Shandong Provincial People’s Government implemented the State Council’s notice on deepening the reform of the pension insurance system for enterprise workers. Second, the Notice of Shandong Provincial People’s Government on Issuing the “Town and Township Enterprises in Shandong Province Opinions of Pilot Program on Reform of Medical Insurance System for Workers and Staff Members ”. The issuance of the two notices marked a completely new page in the reform of the social security system in our province. This is a wise decision made by the provincial party committee and the provincial government, eliminating one bond and deepening the reform of the enterprise, bottleneck". The two notices are important guiding documents for the reform of the social insurance system in our province and are some of the issues of the CPC Central Committee on establishing a socialist market economic system
