随机抽取长沙市两所幼儿园3~5岁305名幼儿进行口腔检查,根据检查结果分为3组,①无龋组:dmft=0;②低龋组:dmft=1~4;③高龋组:dmft≥5。随机抽取每组各20名儿童,用刃天青纸片法检测各组的龋活性,然后取所有儿童的非刺激性唾液,用ELISA试剂盒检测MG1的含量,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:①刃天青纸片法显示无龋组、低龋组、高龋组儿童的龋活性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②无龋组MG1平均含量为13.63mg/L,低龋组MG1平均含量
According to the results of the examination, the children were randomly divided into three groups according to the test results: ① caries-free group: dmft = 0; ② caries-free group: dmft = 1-4; ③ caries group : dmft≥5. 20 children in each group were randomly selected. The caries activity of each group was measured by the blade of Azurite paper. Then non-irritating saliva of all children was taken. The content of MG1 was detected by ELISA kit and the results were statistically analyzed.
