河南特殊教育事业自改革开放以来发展迅速,特别是特殊教育高等学校的培养方式日臻完善,使越来越多的聋生获得了自身发展的空间。高校通过教育模式创新,使聋生不但解决了自身生存的问题,也使他们为经济建设和社会发展做出了应有的贡献。几年来,虽然河南省特殊教育师范事业取得了一定的教学成果,但总体看来,还不能适应我省现代化建设和人才培养的需要,聋生面向社会就业及其生存发展困难重重。解决聋生生存发展问题,不但为聋生可持续发展自身聪明才智提供了平台,也是对其聋生家庭的一种理解和关爱,扩大聋生与听人的交流空间,形成相互尊重他人的良好社会风气,这对构建和谐社会,幸福家庭都有重要意义。
Henan’s special education has developed rapidly since its reform and opening up. In particular, the training methods of higher education institutions for special education are getting better and better, and more and more deaf students have gained room for their own development. Through education model innovation, colleges and universities make deaf students not only solve their own problems but also make due contributions to economic construction and social development. In recent years, although the special education teachers in Henan Province have made some achievements in teaching, in general, they still can not meet the needs of modernization and personnel training in our province. Deaf students are facing difficulties in employment and their survival and development. The solution to the problem of the survival and development of deaf students will not only provide a platform for the deaf students to develop their own intelligence and wisdom, but also help them understand and care for their deaf families and expand the exchange space between deaf students and their listeners to form a good mutual respect for others Social ethos, which is of great importance to building a harmonious society and a happy family.
