目的 评价所建立的适用于我国城市医院患者的 2型糖尿病专科诊疗路径的效果、效益、可行性和可推广性。方法 采用历史对照方法和个人深入访谈, 对所建立的专科诊疗路径进行评价。结果 实施 2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒专科诊疗路径能减少患者的住院天数、降低医疗费用, 同时提高了患者对医疗服务的满意度。结论 2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒专科诊疗路径作为一个疾病管理模式具有一定的成本效益。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness, feasibility, feasibility and feasibility of established pathological diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes patients in urban hospitals in China. Methods The method of historical comparison and individual in-depth interviews were used to evaluate the pathways of the established specialist clinics. Results The implementation of type 2 diabetes ketoacidosis specialist treatment path can reduce the patient’s hospital stay, reduce medical costs, while improving patient satisfaction with medical services. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis specialist diagnosis and treatment pathways as a disease management model has a certain cost-effectiveness.
