钢制拱顶罐的罐壁受来自罐顶含污染物雨水的侵蚀,影响罐壁表面的清洁度,使其表面腐蚀速度加剧,防腐层、保温层寿命和大修周期缩短。此外,雨水还会对罐底板造成腐蚀。基于此,提出修改设计规范并利用油罐大修时机对罐顶排水系统进行改造,实践证明,通过增设罐顶分水沿、挡水沿和专用排水管可以取得良好的排水效果。
The corrosion of tank wall of steel vaulted tank from rainwater containing pollutants in tank top affects the cleanliness of the tank wall surface and aggravates the corrosion rate of the tank surface and shortens the service life of overburden and overhaul period. In addition, rain can cause corrosion to the tank floor. Based on this, it is proposed to modify the design specifications and take advantage of overhauling the tank to rebuild the tank top drainage system. Practice has proved that good drainage effect can be achieved by adding tank top water diversion, retaining wall and special drainage pipes.
