介绍了由全氢罩式炉机组组成的全氢罩式退火炉控制系统。讨论了应用西门子公司的S7-300系列PLC和WINCC图形软件如何实现在退火过程中对设备的自动控制和实时监控功能。为了提高退火质量和控制精度,在温度控制问题上采用PID控制算法结合脉冲循环燃烧算法。脉冲循环控制算法在提高被控温度的均匀性和延长烧嘴的寿命上有很好的效果。运行结果表明,该控制系统性能优越,效果良好。
The control system of the full hydrogen bell annealer controlled by the full hydrogen bell furnace unit is introduced. Discusses the application of Siemens S7-300 series PLC and WINCC graphics software how to achieve in the annealing process of automatic control equipment and real-time monitoring capabilities. In order to improve the annealing quality and control accuracy, the PID control algorithm combined with the pulse cycle combustion algorithm is used in temperature control. The pulse cycle control algorithm has a good effect in improving the uniformity of the controlled temperature and prolonging the life of the burner. The running results show that the control system has superior performance and good effect.
