煤炭素有工业粮食之称,是现代化建设有效进行的基本能源保障,所以煤炭企业能够在经济转型期实现健康、可持续发展是社会主义市场经济就稳固发展的重要前提,已经成为社会普遍关注的话题。随着人们生活水平的提升,全媒体时代的到来,尤其是经济危机对煤炭企业造成了一定的冲击,使得煤炭企业员工思想上呈现一定的动荡,在一定程度上影响煤炭企业的进一步发展,此时就需要煤炭企业政工部门深度贯彻落实党在喜迎十三五时期制定的战略规划,突破政工工作的困境,保证煤炭企业凝聚力的提升。本文以煤炭企业为研究视角,针对煤炭企业政工工作面临的困境以及突破困境的措施展开分析讨论,旨在促进我国煤炭企业政工工作水平与效率的全面提升。
