介绍了采煤机液压自动调高系统的组成及工作原理,并建立了系统主要控制元件和执行元件的数学模型,设计了模糊自整定的PID控制器,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对控制系统进行仿真。实验表明,模糊控制器结构简单,可有效提高系统的实时性和稳定性。
This paper introduces the composition and working principle of hydraulic automatic height adjustment system of shearer, establishes the mathematical model of the main control elements and actuators of the system, designs the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, and makes the control system under MATLAB / Simulink environment simulation. Experiments show that the fuzzy controller has a simple structure and can effectively improve the real-time and stability of the system.
