在重庆北碚槽上(海拔650m),研究了马铃薯/玉米套作2∶2和3∶2行比下,4个不同类型马铃薯品种(费乌瑞它、中薯5号、鄂马铃薯5号和米拉)的光合生理响应机制。主要结果如下:1.2∶2较之3∶2行比,马铃薯平均株高更高,LAI偏低,HI、单株主茎数和分枝数差异因品种而异,单株结薯数和薯重偏低;套作条件下单株结薯数以‘中薯5号’最多;套作生物产量2种行比均以‘费乌瑞它’和‘鄂马铃薯5号’较高,‘中薯5号’和‘米拉’较低;复合产量和总产值均较高的组合为费乌瑞它3∶2行比;套作LER(土地当量比)>1,套作优势大小依品种和行比而不同。2.中、下位叶PAR截获,米拉群体高于中薯5号群体;两品种冠层群体平均PAR3∶2行比高于2∶2;随着叶位从高至低,马铃薯群体中、下位叶PAR呈下降趋势,降低幅度套作高于单作。3.套作提高了马铃薯叶片Chla、Chlb、Chla+Chlb含量;2种行比套作之间叶绿素含量、SLW的差异因品种和生育时期不尽一致,但LAI和叶绿素a/b值3∶2行比套作高于2∶2行比套作;套作降低了马铃薯Pn、Gs、Tr,提高了WUE。两品种3∶2行比套作Pn、Gs、Tr均高于2∶2行比套作;套作降低了马铃薯上位叶Pn、Gs,提高了中、下位叶Pn、Gs,不同叶位Ci、Tr、WUE存在品种间差异。4.马铃薯叶、茎、块茎干物质积累及全株干物质积累总量2∶2行比低于3∶2行比;套作中薯5号干物质积累总量高于套作米拉。5.套作降低了马铃薯SPC(可溶性蛋白)含量,提高了叶片Pro(脯氨酸)含量、SOD活性、POD活性;套作提高了中薯5号MDA含量和CAT活性,降低了米拉MDA含量和CAT活性;两品种套作CAT活性3∶2行比高于2∶2行比;套作中薯5号SPC高于套作米拉,SOD活性低于套作米拉。6.适合与玉米套作的马铃薯品种和套作行比为费乌瑞它/玉米3∶2行比和2∶2行比、中薯5号/玉米3∶2行比、米拉/玉米3∶2行比。
In the Beibei trough in Chongqing (650m above sea level), we studied the effects of potato / maize hybrid at 2: 2 and 3: 2 lines on four different types of potato cultivars (Feirui it, Zhongshu 5, E potato 5 and Mela) photosynthetic physiological response mechanism. The main results are as follows: 1.2: 2 Compared with the ratio of 3: 2, the average height of potato is higher and the LAI is lower. The difference of HI and number of main stems and branches varies with different varieties. The number of tubers per plant under the condition of ’Zhongshu 5’ was the highest while that of intercropping biomass was higher than that of ’Favorita’ and ’E-potato 5’ 5 and ’Mira’ were lower; the combination with higher combined production and total output value was the ratio of feeurui 3: 2; the LER (land equivalent ratio)> 1, Different than the line. The middle and lower lobe PAR were intercepted and the Mira population was higher than that of the Zhongshu5 population. The average PAR3: 2 row ratio of the two canopy populations was higher than 2: 2. With the leaf position from high to low, Lower lobe PAR showed a downward trend, reducing the rate of intercropping than single. Chla, Chlb and Chla + Chlb contents of potato leaves were increased by three intercropping methods. The difference of SLW between the two kinds of intercropping was inconsistent with the varieties and growth stages, but the values of LAI and chlorophyll a / b were 3: 2 lines were higher than the intercropping 2: 2 line than intercropping; intercropping reduced Pn, Gs, Tr of potato, increased WUE. The ratio of Pn, Gs and Tr in 2: 2 row was higher than that in 2: 2 row in 3: 2 row intercropping. The Pn and Gs of upper lobe and lower Pn, Gs and Ci , Tr, WUE there are differences between varieties. The dry matter accumulation of leaves, stems and tubers and the total dry matter accumulation of whole plant in 2: 2 rows were lower than 3: 2 rows. The total dry matter accumulation of potato 5 was higher than that of intercropped rice. The intercropping increased the content of SPC (soluble protein) and the content of Pro (proline), the activity of SOD and the activity of POD in the potato; intercropping increased the MDA content and CAT activity of Zhongshu 5 and decreased the content of rice MDA Content and CAT activity. The CAT activity of two varieties intercropped with 3: 2 rows was higher than that of 2: 2 rows. The SPC of intercropping potato 5 was higher than that of intercropping rice and SOD activity was lower than that of intercropping rice. 6. Suitable for maize and potted potato varieties and intercropping than Feirui it / corn 3: 2 ratio and 2: 2 ratio, the potato 5 / corn ratio of 3: 2, rice / corn 3: 2 ratio.
