三苯甲烷染料是多种金属离子的灵敏显色试剂,但其在导数光度法中的应用未见报导。本文论述铬天青S与钪在混合表面活性剂存在下的导数光谱行为。 试验所用的稀土元素标准溶液,以光谱纯稀土氧化物配制成Sc 1mg/ml,10μg/ml,RE 1mg/ml、10mg/ml的盐酸贮备液。铬天青S(CAS)溶液的浓度为1.0×10~(-3)M;溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)溶液的浓度为1.0×10~(-2)M;乳化剂(OP)溶液配成3%(v/v)。
