目的分析某荧光灯厂一期工程生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法,对生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析。结果该厂存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘(氧化铝粉尘及电焊烟尘),化学毒物(汞、一氧化碳、丁酮、环己酮、丙酮、二氧化硫、锰、二氧化氮、氨)和物理因素(噪声、高温、振动)。现场检测结果表明,各检测岗位噪声强度在50.6~89.1 dB(A)之间,超标率为20%,工作场所其他职业病危害因素的浓度符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》的要求。结论该建设项目属职业病危害严重建设项目,汞和噪声超标作业点是该项目职业病危害关键控制点。
Objective To analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases and hazards in the process of the first phase of a fluorescent lamp factory and determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and other methods were used to identify and analyze the occupational hazards that existed in the production process. Results The plant occupational hazards include dust (alumina dust and electric welding fumes), chemical poisons (mercury, carbon monoxide, butanone, cyclohexanone, acetone, sulfur dioxide, manganese, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia) and physical factors , High temperature, vibration). The field test results showed that the noise intensity of each post was between 50.6 and 89.1 dB (A), and the exceeding standard rate was 20%. The concentrations of other occupational hazards in the workplace met the requirements of Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Locations in the Workplace. Conclusion The construction project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. Mercury and noise excess operating points are the key control points of occupational hazards of the project.
