Recently, the Moscow media have kept sending messages, predicting that after the autumn of next year Russia will undergo a major change in the economic system. Judging from some common conceptions of various versions of the economic agenda in Russia at present, the future economic reform may first be promoted in the following fields: First, to establish the conditions for ensuring equal competition.
