我国目前处于经济的高速增长期,劳务分包也称为了许多企业跨越式发展一个基本途径或者必由之路。但是就目前而言,在我国的建筑行业中,相关企业对劳务分包的合同管理还不是特别的成熟,而且施工企业并没有对合同的管理给予足够的重视,关于劳务合同的相关法律意识不强。本文主要建筑企业存在的问题为案例并进行讨论,结合国内相关行业的现状给出几点建议。
At present, our country is in a period of rapid economic growth. Labor subcontracting is also called a basic way or a necessary way for many enterprises to go by leaps and bounds. However, for the moment, in the construction industry in our country, the contract management of the subcontracted labor is not very mature for the related enterprises, and the construction enterprises do not pay enough attention to the management of the contract. The relevant legal awareness about the labor contract is not Strong. In this paper, the main problems existing in the construction enterprises are discussed and discussed. Some suggestions are given based on the current status of the relevant domestic industries.
