针对神光Ⅲ主机装置的靶室结构和打靶方式要求,基于针孔成像原理,成功研制出应用于神光Ⅲ主机装置的X光静态成像系统。该系统采用模拟靶组件进行离线瞄准,并可进行在线轴向和指向调节,调节精度分别为81μm、40μm。针孔组件和滤片组件的自动更换使系统实现了真空环境下的在线快速切换和运行。同时使用有限元软件ANSYS对系统的变形与应力进行模拟分析以保证系统的可靠性。系统搭载X光CCD在神光Ⅲ主机装置上进行激光打靶考核,实验结果表明,该系统达到神光Ⅲ主机装置使用要求。
According to the requirement of target chamber structure and shooting mode of SG-III host device, based on pinhole imaging principle, X-ray static imaging system applied to SG-III mainframe device was successfully developed. The system uses a simulated target assembly for off-line aiming, and can be online axis and pointing adjustment, the adjustment accuracy of 81μm, 40μm. The automatic replacement of pinhole and filter assemblies enables the system to quickly switch and operate online in a vacuum environment. At the same time, finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the deformation and stress of the system to ensure the reliability of the system. The system is equipped with X-ray CCD to inspect the laser target on SG-III host device. The experimental results show that the system meets the requirements of SG-III host device.
