目的:观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对大鼠脑出血后血脑屏障通透性及血脑屏障超微结构的影响。方法:将120只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊高、中、低剂量组(简称ZL高、中、低剂量组),各组有分为12小时、48小时、72小时三个亚组,采用自体尾部血注入法制备脑出血大鼠模型,采用伊文思蓝法对各组进行血脑屏障通透性检测,电子显微镜下观察血脑屏障超微结构的变化。结果:与模型组比较,ZL低、中、高剂量组大鼠脑组织EB含量均有明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ZL各剂量组之间比较,以高剂量组为对照,低、中剂量组在12小时、48小时及72小时具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。电镜超微结构观察发现血管周围水肿程度较为轻微,血脑屏障的结构得到明显改善。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能够明显改善脑出血大鼠血脑屏障的通透性,保护血脑屏障的组织结构避免血脑屏障受到破坏,该作用存在一定的量效关系,ZL高剂量组作用最为明显。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of “Zhi Long Huoxue Tonifying Capsule” on the permeability of the blood-brain barrier and the ultrastructure of the blood-brain barrier after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Electron microscopy showed that the extent of perivascular edema was slight, and the structure of the blood-brain barrier was significantly improved. Conclusion: Zhudilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule can significantly improve the permeability of blood-brain barrier in rats with cerebral hemorrhage and protect the structure of the blood-brain barrier from damage to the blood-brain barrier. This effect has some dose-effect relationship. ZL high-dose group The most obvious role.
