According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Mineral Resources” and its relevant laws and regulations and the “National Mineral Resources Planning”, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the National Development and Reform Commission decided to delineate in Shanxi Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Shaanxi Province where coal resources are concentrated in China Set up the first batch of national coal mining planning.
