目的研究石榴籽提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法采用普鲁士蓝法、邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法和邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定石榴籽提取物的总抗氧化能力、石榴籽提取物对羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子(.O2-)的清除作用,并与维生素C抗氧化活性相比较。结果石榴籽提取物对.OH和.O2-具有很强的清除作用,其IC50分别为0.157和0.027mg/ml,与维生素C抗氧化作用相似。结论石榴籽提取物具有较强的清除自由基能力,是一种天然有效的抗氧化剂。
Objective To study the antioxidant effect of pomegranate seed extract in vitro. Methods The total antioxidant capacity of pomegranate seed extract was determined by Prussian blue method, phenanthroline-Fe2 + oxidation method and pyrogallol autoxidation method respectively. The effect of pomegranate seed extract on hydroxyl radical (.OH) and superoxide anion (.O2-) scavenging effect, and with vitamin C antioxidant activity compared. Results The pomegranate seed extract had strong scavenging effects on OH and O2, with IC50 values of 0.157 and 0.027 mg / ml, respectively, which were similar to those of vitamin C. Conclusion pomegranate seed extract has a strong ability to scavenge free radicals and is a natural and effective antioxidant.
