保证离合器分离杠杆(以下称压爪)各杆高度差不超标准,是离合器使用的一项基本要求,也是维护作业的内容。有些驾修人员对其调校不够规范,如有的用肉眼目测,有的用钢锯条或塞尺测量,如东风1090E用锯条或塞尺不能垂直插入压爪与分离轴承之间,只能是斜插,并且调测每个压爪间隙每次的位置不尽一定,所调偏差常在0.30~0.80mm之间(东风偏差为0.20mm)。往往刚刚调整完尚可使用,但用不了多久便又出现离合器分离不彻底、起步发抖或自由行程过小等现象。
