目的探讨儿童尿道下裂与外周血染色体核型异常关系。方法对我院2010年以来128例尿道下裂儿童进行外周血染色体核型检查。结果 128例尿道下裂儿童进行了外周血染色体核型分析检查,其中检出核型异常者12例(9.38%);其中47,XXY 6例(50%),46,X,inv(Y)2例(16.67%),48,XXYY 1例(8.33%),45,X/46,XY 1例(8.33%),环状Y 46,XY,r(Y)1例(8.33%),46,XX 1例(8.33%)。结论性染色体异常是导致儿童尿道下裂发生的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between kyphosis and peripheral blood chromosomal abnormalities in children. Methods 128 cases of hypospadia children from our hospital since 2010, peripheral blood chromosome karyotype examination. Results 128 children with hypospadias were examined by karyotype analysis of peripheral blood. Twelve cases (9.38%) were detected with karyotypic abnormalities. Among them, 47 cases were XXY, 6 cases were 50%, 46, X, inv (Y) 1 case (8.33%), 45 cases with X-46, XY cases (8.33%), 1 cases with ring Y46, XY, r , 1 case of XX (8.33%). Conclusions Sexual chromosomal abnormalities are the major causes of hypospadias in children.
