自1978年1月至1982年1月,我院采用一种半月线切口,行成年人的下腹部手术,其中阑尾切除术40例,右输尿管下段切开取石术24例,左输尿管下段切开取石术6例,收到较满意的效果。现将切口的位置,解剖及体会介绍如下:位置:阑尾切口取脐至右髂前上棘的连线,与半月线的交点为中心,向上3～4厘米,向下3～4厘米,大约6～8厘米左右,作一斜切口。输尿管下段取石术的切口,自脐与髂前上棘的连线,和半月线的交点开始,移向内下方作一长约9厘米的斜切口。
From January 1978 to January 1982, our hospital used a semilunar incision to perform the lower abdomen surgery in adults.
