Smads蛋白家族参与 TGF-β的细胞内信号转导 ,TGF-β通过与 型和 型受体结合 ,形成受体复合物 , 型受体磷酸化激活 R- Smads,R- Sm ads与 Co- Smads结合成为转录复合物进入细胞核内 ,通过与 DNA结合的直接方式或与 DNA结合蛋白结合的间接方式 ,结合 SBEs,最终导致 PAI- 1等目的基因的转录 ,在此过程中 ,某些促进因子和 (或 )抑制因子的协调作用使 TGF-β的信号转导处于一种协调有序的状态中。
The Smads family of proteins is involved in the intracellular signal transduction of TGF-β, which binds to both type and type receptors to form receptor complexes that phosphorylate and activate R-Smads, R-Sm ads and Co-Smads Binding into a transcription complex into the nucleus, through indirect ways with DNA binding or binding to DNA binding protein, combined with SBEs, eventually leading to PAI-1 and other gene transcription, in the process, some of the promotion factor and (Or) inhibitor of the role of TGF-β signal transduction in a coordinated and orderly state.
