高新技术及其产业是衡量一个国家、一个地区经济综合实力和竞争能力的重要标志,在一个地区经济发展中,加快用高新技术改造传统产业,是实现国民经济从粗放型向集约型转变的必由之路。几年来,我市深入实施“科教兴市”的发展战略,使我市的高新技术产业得到了一定的发展,但也存在一些问题,立足现状、找准问题,制定发展策略,对于我市加速老工业基地的产业结构调整、科技进步,确保国民经济持续、健康、稳定发展具有十分重要的意义。
High-tech and its industries are important indicators of the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of a country and a region. In a regional economic development, accelerating the use of high technology to transform traditional industries is the only way to achieve the transition from extensive economy to intensive economy . In recent years, our city has implemented the development strategy of “rejuvenating the city through science and education” to make the city’s high-tech industry develop to some extent. However, there are still some problems.
