目的:验证液相色谱/串联质谱法(LC/MS/MS)测定生活饮用水中的双酚A。方法:水样经玻璃纤维滤膜过滤,上LC/MS/MS用多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果:浓度2μg/L~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,检出限1μg/L。对江苏地区45个水样进行检测,全部未检出双酚A。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可以满足生活饮用水中的双酚A测定要求。
Objective: To verify the determination of bisphenol A in drinking water by liquid chromatography / tandem mass spectrometry (LC / MS / MS). Methods: The water samples were filtered through glass fiber membrane and detected by LC / MS / MS with multi-reaction monitoring mode. Results: The linearity ranged from 2μg / L to 200μg / L with the correlation coefficient r> 0.999 and the detection limit of 1μg / L. 45 water samples were tested in Jiangsu Province, all not detected bisphenol A. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate to meet the determination of bisphenol A in drinking water.
