退耕还林工程是我国跨世纪的重大工程,自实施以来效果明显,群众参与度很高,是一项生态建设与强农惠农建设相结合的工程。本文从退耕还林的问题及造成这些问题的原因入手,从而引申出解决这些问题的几项措施。
Since the implementation of the project, the project of returning farmland to afforestation is a major project of our country’s cross-century. It has a high degree of participation by the masses and is a project that integrates ecological construction with the construction of strong peasants and beneficiaries. This article starts from the problems of returning the grain plots to forestry and the causes of these problems, thus drawing some measures to solve these problems.
