苏府[2010]115号各区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区管委会;市各有关部门:为保障防洪安全,改善河道环境,维护水域秩序,打造最佳城市水环境,根据“三区三城”建设目标和《打造最佳城市水环境三年行动计划》要求,结合水环境改善与饮用水安全保障示范城市的创建,市政府决定对市区河道水域内影响防洪安全、破坏河道环境、扰乱水域秩序等的各类船只(以下简称杂船)进行专项整治。现提出如下实施意见:一、指导思想以科学发展观为指导,按照“三区三城”建设目标要求,统一部署,整体推进,多方联动,属地负责,集中清除,长效管理,全面优化城市水环境,全力提升苏州城市整体形象。
