在《神州学人》今年第5期《中国近期社会心态与热点》一文中,我曾就如今中国百姓所关注的信任感与安全感、反贪与反暴力犯罪、就业与失业、城市文明与价值观等方面的问题分析了个中缘由,指出当今中国社会治安形势严峻,刑事犯罪和其他问题有增无减,不少地方人民群众缺乏安全感。 我最开始意识到社会治安这个问题,是夜里出差回到北京机场和车站。我五大三粗的样儿,打不着“的”。起先我以为是人家有毛病,后来发现还是自己的问题,我这1.84米的壮汉,现今社会上又挺复杂的,人家不留个心眼才怪呢。
